1. Scope of Services: The cleaning company will provide end of lease cleaning services as outlined in the agreed-upon quotation. Any additional or specific cleaning tasks requested by the client must be declared and included in the quotation.

2. Guarantee and Fix-Up: The cleaning company guarantees that the cleaning work will meet the required standard for end of lease cleaning. If any issues or discrepancies are found within 72 hours after completion of the work, the cleaning company will promptly fix them at no additional cost to the client.

3. Pricing and Payment: The client agrees to pay the cleaning company’s quoted price for the end of lease cleaning services upon completion of the work. The payment should be made in the agreed-upon form, such as cash, check, or electronic transfer.

4. Free Quotation: The cleaning company offers free quotations to the client based on the scope of work and specific requirements. The quotation will include a breakdown of the costs involved in the end of lease cleaning services.

5. Additional Services and Extra Charges: Any additional services or tasks requested by the client that are not included in the original scope of work will be subject to extra charges. The cleaning company will inform the client about the additional charges before proceeding with the services.

6. Insurance: All cleaners employed by the company are insured, providing coverage for liability and any damages or losses that may occur during the end of lease cleaning process.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the cleaning appointment, the client may incur extra charges. The cleaning company will inform the client about the applicable charges based on the circumstances and notice provided.

8. Confidentiality: The cleaning company agrees to keep any personal or sensitive information obtained during the cleaning process confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. The terms for termination, including the notice period required, will be specified in the agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or disagreements arising from the cleaning services will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or legal action in the appropriate jurisdiction or venue.
